Elysée Silver Dessert Spoon

This sterling silver reproduction of an early 18th century Regency design is a masterpiece of French silver work. The design on the handle requires careful chasing and finishing by hand using traditional techniques in order to create its characteristic contours. This cutlery, chosen by the French presidency at the end of the 1940s for the tables at the Elys̩e Palace, is also available upon request in gold gilt finish.
